Come 10 minutes before your booking time so you can get ready without rushing.

We explain how the controls work, fit your VR headsets and help you get used to the equipment (10–15 minutes).

Each group plays its own game, without mixing with other players, even if there are several bookings in the arena.

From what age can they play?
We have experiences for kids from age 6. The recommended age may vary depending on the game, so we recommend checking the guidance for each mission.
Is virtual reality scary?
Not necessarily! We have adventures for every taste. Some are fun and full of fantasy, with no blood or graphic violence. For example, Ghost World is ideal for enjoying as a family.
Does an adult have to come?
Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult, who must stay nearby during the experience. The adult doesn’t have to take part in the game. From age 8, they can play without an adult.
Can you play with prescription glasses?
In many cases, yes. Our VR headsets can be used with prescription glasses, as long as they fit comfortably. Our team will help you put them on correctly.
What if a child feels dizzy or wants to stop?
No problem! You can stop the experience at any time. Our team will help you take off the headset and leave the play area safely.
Are the headsets disinfected after every session?
Of course! We disinfect the VR headsets and controllers after every session to keep things hygienic for all our players.
Will my child play with kids they don’t know?
No. Each group plays its own game and enjoys its own adventure. Even if there are other bookings in the arena, teams don’t mix.
Do you need any previous experience to play?
Not at all! Before starting, our team will explain the controls, help you adjust the headsets and show you everything you need to enjoy the experience.
Can parents and kids play together?
Of course! In fact, it’s one of the best ways to enjoy the experience. You can choose a co-op mission, form a team and beat the challenges together.
How long does the experience last?
The game lasts 45 minutes. We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your booking. With the setup, instructions and play, the visit usually takes about an hour.
