4. Destinatarios y encargados del tratamiento
No vendemos tus datos.

Name, email and phone are required to book; without them we cannot handle the booking. We do not make automated decisions or profiles with legal effects on you. Booking and conversation data predating this website come from the systems the club used before.
Visit statistics. To know how many people visit the website and where they come from (for example, Google or Instagram), our server counts visits anonymously, without cookies or similar technologies on your device and without storing your IP address. To avoid counting the same person twice on the same day, the server computes a temporary code from the IP address and browser using a random key that changes every day; this code and the key exist only in the server's memory and are discarded at the end of the day. We only keep daily totals (number of visits, pages viewed and traffic source), which cannot identify you, for up to 2 years. Legal basis: legitimate interest in understanding and improving the use of our website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. How long we keep data
- Bookings and customer record: 2 years from your last session; then automatically anonymised, keeping only the date, time slot and amount for statistics and accounting.
- Players registered at reception and signed acceptances of the rules: 5 years from the session (general limitation period for claims, Art. 1964 of the Spanish Civil Code); then deleted automatically.
- Payment data: as long as commercial and tax law requires (up to 6 years), without card details.
- IP address of the booking: 30 days.
- Customer service conversations (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook): 5 years from the last message; then deleted automatically. You may ask for earlier deletion at any time.
- Marketing emails: until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe; we keep the opt-out so that it is respected.
4. Recipients and data processors
We do not sell your data. We share it only where needed to provide the service:
- BBVA and Redsys — payment gateway (Virtual POS) for card and Bizum payments and refunds. They process payment data as financial institutions under their own regulations.
- PLAY2GO FZCO — server hosting the website and the booking database (data centre in Germany).
- IONOS — domain registration, DNS and email.
- Google (Gmail) — sending booking emails and replying to your messages.
- Telegram — internal notice to club staff with each booking’s details (name, phone, email, date and time, group size and comments).
- Cloudflare (cdnjs) — delivery of an animation library used on the home page; receives the visitor’s IP address.
- Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook) — if you write to us on these channels, Meta processes the messages under its own terms.
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Meta pixel) — only if you accept advertising cookies: receives the pages you visit on vrmurcia.es, a notice that you made a booking (with its amount), your IP address and browser data, to measure our ads and show you advertising on Facebook and Instagram. We are joint controllers with Meta for that collection and transmission; legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw in the Cookie Policy. We do not send Meta your name, email or phone number.
- Public authorities, judges and courts, where there is a legal obligation.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; in that case GDPR safeguards apply (an adequacy decision such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses). Visit statistics are calculated by our own server (section 2); the only third-party advertising tool is the Meta pixel, and only with your consent.
5. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to anotherworldmurcia@gmail.com or by post to our registered office. We reply within one month. If we have reasonable doubts about your identity, we may ask for additional information to confirm it.
If you think we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
6. Minors
If you are under 14, do not give us your data: the booking must be made by your parent or guardian (Art. 7 LOPDGDD). Minors may take part in sessions with authorisation (children under 12 accompanied by a responsible adult); an adult provides the booking details. At reception, a parent or guardian signs the acceptance of the rules for anyone under 18, and we do not record the email or phone of children under 14 for marketing.
7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: encrypted connection (HTTPS), restricted and protected access to data, encrypted backups and access logs. Payments are made on the bank’s secure page with strong authentication (3-D Secure).
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. The date of the last update is shown at the top.
